NEBSS is managed by Harris and Louise Katsaros. Harris is a Corfiot and Louise originally from Scotland, came to and settled in Corfu in 1990. Opening in 2004, North East Boat Storage and Services provides boat storage and several auxiliary services to the many private boat owners on Corfu. Both Harris and Louise have over thirty years of experience in the boating business having also owned and managed a boat hire company and a water sports facility. Both are fully qualified power-boat handlers (Harris to day skipper level) and British Water Ski Federation Instructors. Harris has also successfully taken part in powerboat racing. Their years of involvement in boating has also put them in touch with some of the best marine tradesmen the industry has to offer, many of whom can be contracted for any specialist work.

Boating is in our blood
With a genuine love for the sea and a passion for boats neither Harris nor Louise could resist the opportunity to work in the boating world, after all it’s in the blood! Harris’s father was an ex Greek Merchant Navy seaman and Louise’s father an ex British Merchant Navy Master Mariner. Between them they have kept both Harris and Louise on their toes instilling an invaluable work ethic and a respect for the sea. The seafaring tradition continues down the line. Harris and Louise’s sons are accomplished water-skiers, boat handlers and are currently pursuing careers in the Greek merchant Navy.
